Telephone etiquette is a highly valuable tool to have in an employee’s skill set. This session will help to improve phone skills to be more confident, improve sales, help gain new customers and retain current customers.


A more confident person is happier, and happy people produce happier customers. We will examine the different skills used between inbound and outbound calls along with dealing with rude or angry callers.
